Arizon School  (AS) is a premium newly-decorated school with high standard of American-based education in Cambodia. It has been operating since 1996. It will be an exciting, challenging opportunity for all teachers and staff.
We are urgently seeking for qualified and dedicated applicants to fulfill the following positions:

Job Requirement

– Year 4th students or fresh graduates with emphasis in marketing, advertising, branding, or public relations
– Acute ability to communicate professionally with others
– Strong qualitative and qualitative analytical skills
– Experience in basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point
– Desire to learn and contribute

Job Description

  • Designing banners, leaflets, stickers, name cards, certificates…etc.
    • Understanding material-printing and size very well
    • Designing new and creative artworks for marketing activities
    • Working on existing layout and artworks for upcoming printing
    • Finish the work as quick as possible to meet the tight deadline and maintain all marketing requirements.
    • Giving suggestions and propose to the team regarding to style, format, printing and timescales of all designs
    • Communicate with other departments and team respectfully
    • other tasks which are assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 or 3 years experiences in graphic design
    • Excellent in design applications (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CoreI Draw… etc.)
    • Diligent, friendly, hard-work, honest and flexible
    • High commitment to the company.
    • Have knowledge of general computer skills
    • Good in English
    • Able to work as an individual or team
    • Experience in working with advertising agent or department is a plus.

Job Description

– Greet both internal and external customers;
– Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints;
– Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems;
– Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken;
– Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers;
– Refer unresolved customer grievances to immediate Supervisor or Branch Manager, or Sales and Marketing department for further investigation;
– Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any planned adjustments;
– Record and send the list of students to add, delete, or renew the insurance to Insurance Company;
– Recommend improvements in products, or service and procedures to prevent future problems;
– Provide new staff with a time sheet template and a letter for opening a bank account.

Job Requirement

  • Female;
    • At least High school diploma or equivalent;
    • No experience is encouraged to apply;
    • Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email;
    • Good command of English;
    • Self-motivated, friendly, positive attitude, energetic and mature;
    • Willing to work independently and with team spirit.
